With a cumulative movement experience of more than 24 years, Urmi Kothari is a Certified Functional Training Master Trainer since 2014. She became Mumbai’s first and the country’s 1 of 3 first - Nike Certified Coaches in 2015. She is also Certified in Kettlebell (IKFF, EKFA, ACSM), In Stott Mat Pilates, Level 1 Animal Flow Instructor, Barefoot Training Specialist, Yoga Instructor, Certified Mace Instructor and many more.

Palak has spent 4 years being mentored by Urmi on her coaching and is one of our best coaches. She is known for her recovery based yoga sessions and kicking students’ butts in HIIT sessions.

Rahul is a CSCS and a CrossFit athlete who likes to train athletes of multiple sports and the general population. He likes to upgrade his skills such as doing a certification, attending workshops, reading books, and working out.

Kamlesh Negi has completed his CPT from ACSM. He is a footballer and has competed and won Obstacle Course Running (OCR) Events in India like Devils Circuit. Kamlesh has been practising Calisthenics since 6 years. He is mentored by Urmi since 1 year and believes in investing in his physical, mental and spiritual growth.

Specialty: Bodyweight Functional training, strength training for calisthenics, agility training

Shubhangi is a certified Yoga teacher from Yoga Vidya Gurukul Nashik in 2019 and from Zelosity in Delhi in 2020. She is also a certified prenatal yoga teacher since March 2021. She is trained to conduct Kundalini (chakra balancing) meditation, Shatkarma, Astral Meditation and Metta Meditations as well.
